Just days after the release of their second album Cuts & Bruises, which is out later this week, Inhaler will visit Norwich as part of an eight-date UK tour.

The Dublin outfit will be at UEA on Monday, February 20, for one of the few shows on their next trek that has yet to sell out.

Their first record, Won’t Always Be Like This, went to No 1 in both the UK and Ireland in 2021 and became the fastest-selling debut album on vinyl this century.

Inhaler began work on Cuts & Bruises the Christmas before last, and it was shaped by the band’s tour in support of their first album.

“It was just the four of us jamming in the live room and trying to come up with ideas on the spot,” said bassist Robert Keating.

“Playing live for a few months beforehand really helped shape what kind of direction we wanted to take it in.”

Inhaler will head to the US once they’ve completed their initial run of shows over here.

Back in the UK, they’ll be supporting Arctic Monkeys, Harry Styles and Sam Fender this summer, and they’ll be on the bill at the Reading and Leeds festivals.
