Jools Holland And His Rhythm & Blues Orchestra are heading to the east coast for a date on his current UK tour.

He’ll be at the Marina Theatre, Lowestoft, on Wednesday, July 17, for what is virtually a sold-out show.

It’ll be the penultimate stop on the tour, which kicked off in Liverpool last week.

The star of the BBC’s Later… show will be joined by his former Squeeze pal Gilson Lavis on drums as well as guitar prodigy Toby Lee and singers Ruby Turner, Louise Marshall and Sumudu Jayatilaka.

It will mark a quick return to the region for Lee, who is also on the bill for the opening night of the Dereham Blues Festival a week earlier.

Holland recently had a No 1 album – his first to hit top spot – with Swing Fever, a collaboration with Rod Stewart.
