Just over a year since its release, Public Service Broadcasting will be in Norwich this weekend to promote their fourth album, Bright Magic.

The cult outfit, who’ve won critical acclaim since they first hit the scene more than a decade ago, will be at the UEA on Sunday, October 2, following their previous tour in support of the record, which ended with a sold-out show at the Brixton Academy.

Bright Magic hit No 2 in the charts on its release and contains a string of successful singles, including Blue Heaven; People, Let’s Dance; and Im Licht.

Founded by J Willgoose Esq in south London, PSB’s line-up has since expanded to include Wrigglesworth, JF Abraham and Mr B.

Their output spans multiple genres, including electronica, and their music is virtually all instrumental. It includes samples from archive footage, old public information films and propaganda.

Support on the tour comes from Pale Blue Eyes.
