Trailblazers and genre-benders Skindred are set to light up Norwich next month when the metal/reggae band roll into town as part of their The Smile Tour.

The Welsh outfit, who have almost become fixtures on the bill at all the leading rock festivals, will be at Epic Studios on Saturday, October 14, for a sold-out show.

Benji Webbe and pals will also swing by Cambridge for a sold-out performance the previous evening, on Friday, October 13, as they tour in support of their latest album, Smile.

Their UK headline trek follows their support slot with Kiss, plus performances at the likes of the Download and Maid Of Stone festivals this summer.

“There is a lot to Smile about when it comes to this tour!” said drummer Arya Goggin.

“We are taking out an amazing new band called Blackgold, too. They are bringing nu-metal back and I think ’Dred fans will love them.”

Lake Malice will also be on the bill.
