Preview: Slade

It should be a marvellously over-the-top night when Slade play Norwich this weekend.

The band, who have had six No 1 singles over the years, will bring their flamboyant brand of rock ’n’ roll to the Waterfront on Saturday, December 11, with support from Sons Of The Seventies.

Slade first hit the road more than half a century ago, and founder member Dave Hill is still there, alongside John Berry, Russell Keefe and Alex Bines.

Expect to hear the likes of the orthographically-challenged Mama Weer All Crazee Now, Cum On Feel The Noize and Coz I Luv You – and, given the time of year, there’s half a chance they’ll also play THAT song…
