Just a few weeks after Sweet last played Norwich, the rock ’n’ roll veterans have announced a return trip to the city.

They’ll be back at the Waterfront on Sunday, December 11, as part of their Unlock The Rock tour.

Fans can expect to hear songs such as Fox On The Run, Blockbuster, Ballroom Blitz and Love Is Like Oxygen as they roll out a half-century of hits.

Sweet – who still include original guitarist Andy Scott in their line-up – have had 34 No 1 singles over the years, having first hit the charts in 1971.

As well as Norwich, there’s another regional show planned for earlier in the tour, at The Apex, Bury St Edmunds, on Tuesday, December 1.
