Preview: The Mary Wallopers

It’ll be a raucous night when The Mary Wallopers bring their tour to Norwich this weekend.

The night of traditional Irish folk-meets-punk is at Epic Studios on Sunday, November 19. It follows the well-received release of their second album, Irish Rock ’n’ Roll, last month.

The Mary Wallopers built up an impressive following thanks to their lockdown livestreams.

They have since grown from being a three-man outfit into a seven-piece, and have won plaudits for their live shows.

The Norwich show is part of an extensive UK and Ireland tour that runs until a couple of days before Christmas. Support will come from Brògeal.
