Preview: Uptown Festival

There’ll be a trip down memory lane at Uptown Festival in Norwich next month when a host of household names play Earlham Park.

UB40 featuring Ali Campbell will headline the event on Sunday, June 9.

Also on the bill at the all-day festival will be Al McKay’s Earth, Wind & Fire Experience and The Christians.

Martin Kemp will perform an 80s DJ set while Craig Charles will play a funk and soul DJ set.

There are also a number of local bands set to perform, including Norwich’s The High Points and Dirty Havana as well as The Funky Stuff, who are from Beccles.

Uptown Festival is part of a weekend of music at Earlham Park, with Kisstory Norwich taking place on Saturday, June 8.
