Punk rock heroes Stiff Little Fingers will play their long-delayed sold-out Norwich show this week.

The veterans had hit the road in March 2020 but managed only three shows before the first lockdown. They were rearranged for last September, then for March – and then again, finally, for this month.

It means their Sure Wish We Had 20/20 Vision tour will arrive in Norwich on Thursday, June 9, at The Waterfront, with support from The Professionals and TV Smith.

Frontman Jake Burns said: “Where to begin? Firstly, we want to thank our audience for sticking with us on this and we hope all will be resolved soon and we can get back to what we do best.

“Also, many thanks to the promoters, agents and management who have worked so hard to move these dates around through nobody’s fault.

“Stay healthy, and we hope to see everyone soon.”
